What You Can Expect

We know going to a pain clinic can feel uncertain. Here’s a clear look at what your first visit will include:

Please bring:

  • A valid photo ID and insurance card

  • A list of all current medications

  • Imaging results (if available: X-rays, MRIs, CT scans)

  • Notes on when your pain started and what makes it better or worse

You may also complete your new patient forms ahead of time to save time at check-in.
